Grapefruit
About
Grapefruit shares core citrus and some tropical fruitiness with orange but has a more pronounced herbal, woody character and a distinctive musky, sulfurous note. It pairs well with classic citrus partners like seafood, and especially with other bitter ingredients such as blue cheese and leafy greens. Ruby grapefruit is typically sweeter than yellow grapefruit.
