Watermelon

About

Watermelon has a flavor somewhat like cherryade and cucumber juice with a hint of grass, and a ripe one is often described as among the finest fruits available. Ripe watermelons tend to be notably heavy and produce a low, resonant sound when thumped, and seeded varieties generally taste better than seedless ones. The juice is ruby-colored with a sweet flavor and a vegetable undertone similar to carrot juice. Because watermelon's high water content can dilute other ingredients, it pairs best with herbal and sour flavors.
